“ONTOFORCE” refers to Ontoforce NV, having its registered office at Moutstraat 108-110, 9000 Gent, Belgium and with company number 0836.138.020.     

 This cookie policy describes our data processing activities as a data controller in respect of the cookies collected and processed via the platform. Under the GDPR, data controllers are the main decision-makers: they exercise overall control over the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

 Like most online services, our platform uses first-party and third-party cookies for several purposes. The first-party cookies are primarily essential and functional cookies necessary for the platform to function in the right way and to allow you to make use of the functionalities available on our platform (as preferred by you).  

The third-party cookies used on our platform are primarily used for understanding how the Platform performs, how you interact with our platform, providing advertisements that are relevant to you, and all in all providing you with a better and improved user experience and help speed up your future interactions with our platform.

This enables ONTOFORCE to keep you informed about its products, updates, events, etc. You give your explicit consent for this, but you may at any time withdraw this consent and object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing (free of charge), by sending an email to: DPO@ontoforce.com.
